HTI is a specialist in supporting the professional development of school leaders, developing the performance of schools and colleges and enhancing the personal development of students.
We provide training and development programmes nationally to over 3,000 education professionals every year. As one of the National College’s top providers, delivering programmes on their behalf, thousands of education professionals have completed training with HTI.
Many of HTI’s training programmes include comprehensive diagnostic reporting. Diagnostics allow participants to fully understand their own development needs, take ownership and direct their own learning.
HTI is renowned for its ‘Stretch’ programme, which enables senior teachers to take on interim assignments within a business in the UK or overseas. Hands-on learning is tailored to individual development areas within a chosen sector and facilitates a deeper understanding of how different organisations work and how this can be transferred to the classroom.
